Marja Samsom brings an artist’s passion and dedication to her cooking. She transformed weekly “underground” dinners for friends in the Lower East Side into a thriving NoLita restaurant she owned for 20 years named The Kitchen Club. The restaurant was an iconic destination for European-Japanese cuisine. During that time, she also opened and operated Chibi’s Sake Bar and Chibitini in New York. Marja now enjoys creating meals as a private chef often under the Dumpling Diva moniker. She has also appeared on various television cooking shows and leads salon-style cooking classes.
