This class was a organized for a group of nine women on a weekend getaway to Hudson. Working with Chef Tim Forringer, we designed several different brunch menu options for a hands-on class. The group chose the Frittata-2-Ways menu, below. Fueled with coffee and mimosas, everyone worked together with Chef Tim preparing each dish before sitting down to a savory meal around the cooktop.

Potato Pancakes

Poached Egg Salad, Arugula, Frisée, and Manchego Cheese with a Lemon Vinaigrette and Bacon Lardons on side

About the Chef
Chef Tim Forringe graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has cooked at a number of restaurants, including Union Square Cafe, The Equinox Hotel and Gigi’s Trattoria. Tim specializes in cooking Italian, Mediterranean, Asian and Austrian cuisines. He especially enjoys sharing his knowledge about different cuisines and cooking techniques with home cooks.
